If you must cancel your tour reservation, please notify Sierra to the Sea Registration in writing immediately to receive the maximum refund possible.
We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies. If for whatever reason you are not able to join us on the Tour, travel insurance may cover losses.
As indicated on the Registration Form, The Sierra to the Sea cancellation policy is:
Any cancellation after your registration is confirmed will result in a minimum $125.
If your mailed cancellation is postmarked May 1, 2017 or later the cancellation fee will be a minimum of 50% of the tour fee(s) paid.
If your mailed cancellation is postmarked June 1, 2017 or later there will be no refund of the tour fee(s) paid..
For your own security, please consider travel/trip cancellation insurance. This can be obtained through travel agents and from many insurers directly. Try a Google Search for "travel cancellation insurance".
