Although it was billed as the 'virgin tour', the excellent quality of this event showed that this was not really your first time. Other than having to set up my own tent and pedal my own bike, you guys took care of everything!
The Lake Tahoe Prologue was fantastic. From Tahoe Dinner cruise, to great routes and rest stops and a small group of riders I would recommend this ride to anyone.
I was on Sierra to the Sea one other time so with the prologe it gave me a reason to come back. I loved the different areas.

When I invited friends to sign up with me, they thought the fee was too expensive for just three nights. If I had known about the Tahoe Cruise and dinner, it would have helped change their minds about signing up. I really enjoyed every minute of the trip. Everyone was great!

A great tour. Sierra to the Sea was equal to or better than any former bike tour I have done. It and Ride the Rockies are my two favorite bike tours of the about 25 I have done.
The tour is very inclusive, with more challenging options for stronger riders. The flexible start-time format allowed me to find the right pace for me (slower), yet still mingle with strong, fast riders. The rest-stops were about 2 hours apart for me. I found that worked well. The landscapes are fantastic. I really like it.
Sierra to the Sea is such a great trip. It is the only bike trip I did more than once.
The best one week bike tour (or ten days with the prologue) that man has yet invented.
Sierra to the Sea was perhaps the best tour I have ridden out of 15 or so over the years. The combination of scenery, support, food, and camaraderie put it over the top for me. As Arnold would say "I'll be back".
One of the best organized tours we have been on. Routes, meals and price were excellent.
This tour was so much fun. It was very well organized and ran so smoothly. ACTC made it look very easy to put on such a great ride.
